The Joint Technical Secretariat of the South Baltic Programme invites you to the South Baltic Annual Conference and the Projects Forum. The events will take place on 28- 29 November 2011 in Schwerin, Germany. Registration to both events is now open – the deadline for registering to the meeting is 31 October 2011. The 7th Call for Proposals of the South Baltic Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013 was opened from 28 April 2011 till 17 June 2011 - 38 applications were submitted. Applications are under assessment now. The decision on the projects submitted in 7th Call for Proposals will be made by the Steering Committee in October 2011. The list of approved projects will be published on the Programme website. The CBP team keeps their fingers crossed for all the applicants!
The Fourth Cross-Border Workshop for project development took place in Rostock on May 9th and 10th. The event was hosted and organized by the German Partner of the CAPACITY Project - Association for Promotion of Hanseatic Institute for Entrepreneurship and Regional Development at the University of Rostock. The event attracted around 40 participants from all over the South Baltic Region. Twelve project ideas were presented and evaluated by a panel of experts consisting of Eva-Lisa Ahnstrom, Matti Skor and Pawel Warszycki.
Our fourth cross-border workshop on project development is going to take place on May 9-10 in Rostock. The workshop is designed for those who have an idea for a project within the South Baltic Programme but need help to develop it. Beneficiaries will receive individual support from experts as well as some general information on application procedures. The Third Cross Border Workshop for project development within the CAPACITY Building Project took place in Karlskrona on March 3rd and 4th. The event was hosted and organized by the Swedish Partner of the CAPACITY Project - Blekinge Institute of Technology. The event attracted around 50 participants from all over the South Baltic Region. Twelve project ideas were presented and evaluated by a panel of experts consisting of Eva-Lisa Ahnstrom, Andrzej Tonderski and David Hunt. Read more about the event in the following article.
